We meet before, discuss tools and techniques, and then I show up for you when it counts.
It's your birth, you know best.
I just help you figure it out.
Childbirth Education
Practical prep for first births, VBACs, cesareans, and the specific quirks of birth in Israeli hospitals.
I'll teach you what to expect.
Olim-specific support
I translate the language, the birth culture, and the "that's how it works here" moments so you can focus on your birth and recovery.
I even know where the pharmacy is.

I spent years building tech that treats humans like people before taking an Irgun Hamenifa certified doula course. Turns out my skills translate pretty well to a 3am delivery.

Free call
We make sure we like each other. About 20 minutes. No commitment, no loud breathing.
Prenatal prep
2 or 3 meetings. We discuss expectations, practice tools, and talk through the "what ifs."
Birth + processing
I show up and stay with you through the birth. After, we can debrief and process your experience.
